In Case You Haven't Heard....

Two Saturdays ago, Tony and I went to Toyota's 25th Anniversary Celebration at Rupp Arena.  George Lopez and Tim McGraw performed.  But Tony surprised me with backstage passes to see Tim McGraw!  I had absolutely no idea.  He kept it a secret for a month; he won the passes in a drawing at work.  It was such a fun night and I can't wait to get our picture back to see how goofy we looked with him.  They wouldn't allow us to take our own pictures.  He was a really nice guy and seemed genuine.  Now, my best friend Heather and I are planning on going to Cincinnati in July to watch him and Kenny Chesney sing at Paul Brown Stadium.  The countdown is on!

Thankful This Week Has Not Been Busy

Last week was such a busy week, that I am so very thankful that this week has slowed way down.  Audrey caught the cold we all have had, and had to stay home from school today since she had a fever.  Although I never want her to be sick, it was nice to be home today and not have to be anywhere or do anything at all, except for taking Jack to school.  I did miss working at their school today, though.  Tomorrow we have basketball and a birthday party, and we are looking forward to both, but today.....ahhhh..............
