Tony has been off work this week, so it has been so good having him be here with us of an evening. We have gone out to eat a few times and just hung out here at home, but it's been so fun being together. We're sure going to miss him come tomorrow night. Here are some pictures of Audrey at Bible School, Jack getting his first haircut with the clippers (from me), us out to eat at the Mexican Restaurant, and Audrey at the Library Pool Party.

Lesley brought Caitlan over to see us on Wednesday and Audrey and Jack had a good time with them. Jack kept trying to poke Caitlan in the eye and face, though, but only because he was trying to play. He's used to rough-housing with Audrey! Caitlan is such a good baby, and we're so glad she got to come over and see us. I can't believe how fast the babies grow. Audrey has been asking about them ever since they left, and keeps talking about "Aunt Lesley's lemonade drink." For some reason she thinks that the lemonade we have is only for Aunt Lesley and no one else should drink it. Too funny.

Audrey has been going to Vacation Bible School this week with her Nana. She has really enjoyed it, and tomorrow night we're going to watch her sing. We'll see how well that works out, but I'm going to guess she won't cooperate. Maybe she'll surprise me. I don't care, though, I am just glad she's enjoying being with other kids, since she doesn't get to play too much with those her own age.

This weekend started off a little rough; Jack and Audrey were both just plain fussy on Friday and Saturday for some reason. Today, though, was great. Friday night we ate dinner and watched the fireworks at Tony's parents', and yesterday we didn't do too much. We did go to Mom's for a little while last night while I worked on my scrapbook some. It's nearly impossible to work on it here at home. Mom has a nice table where everything is organized, so I can sit and do a couple of pages at a time while she watches the kids. This morning we went to church, and came home for lunch. Audrey and I went to the pool while Mom kept Jack. Tony did some yardwork while we were gone. Audrey had so much fun, and was such a good girl. Mom said Jack did great while I was gone. When we came home we had supper, and went outside to play afterward. After bathtime, both kids were worn out, so it was off to bed. I think they just get bored after being home for awhile, just like adults do sometimes!
